7:30AM, 55-60F mostly cloudy. Went from my home through some Durham neighborhoods to the American Tobacco Trail and then through some other neighborhoods back to the trail and from them back home. It was humid and warmer than usual. Kept a nice pace (7:46).

11:30AM 56F sunny. Went for a short run. I managed to keep a good pace of 7:41.

11:30AM 55F sunny. Did nice two loops on the trail. Took it easy and it was a fun relaxed run.  This is my cut back week.

11AM went to the gym. There were very strong winds outside of like 20 miles/hour. Unfortunately the gym was closed at noon today so I managed to squeeze in only 4.1 miles out of the 5 I was planning to. I ran at 7:50 pace and 1% incline.

Before lunch run. Did a little extra above the usual toute. Was an easy relaxrd run in a totally empty camous.

Was traveling to SF on Friday and didn't mannage to run so I moved it to today. Ran from my hotel to the water front and ran under bay bridge and to the ATT park and then back with some more water front running. Was feeling VERY well during the run and did a very fast pace of just a little over 7 minutes per mile. I wish it was a race day :)
